Dear Parents and Guardians of 5^th Grade Students,

An Apple I Pod Touch 8GB has been donated to the 5^th grade class to help us raise funds for various end of year activities and year book costs.  Participation in this fundraiser is optional.  The drawing will be held on December 14, 2011 at the Family Magic Show.  If you would like to sell tickets, please return the ticket stubs, that were sent home with your 5th grade student, and money to the school no later than the drawing date of December 14, 2011.   

Attached below is the raffle ticket form that you can download if you would like to purchase additional tickets.
